Return Guidelines:

  • If the item is damaged upon arrival, you must record an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This video will be required to process your refund. 

  • For other returns, we may request a quick photo of the item to confirm its condition.

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you through a simple and thoughtful return process.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

  • If the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under our Return Policy.
